Holding an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, Ian is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) and holds a CADC III certification in California. He combines clinical depth with executive insight, bringing a rare perspective to the behavioral health field. His leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, clarity of vision, and a relentless commitment to excellence. He ensures that every client receives care that is not only effective but truly transformative.
Ian is deeply invested in developing high-performing, compassionate teams who embody the company’s mission of delivering concierge-level service in a world-class, restorative environment. With a keen eye on industry trends, he champions the integration of advanced clinical methodologies, holistic modalities, and emerging technologies that enhance outcomes and elevate the standard of care.
He also brings extensive experience guiding families through the sensitive and often complex early stages of a loved one’s recovery journey, offering grounded support with empathy and integrity. Nationally connected and purpose-driven, Ian is focused on creating lasting impact that expands access to elevated mental health care across the country.
Outside of work, Ian finds meaning and renewal in nature, time with his family, and playing golf.

John Moisant | Chief Operating Officer
A proud veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, John graduated basic training with the highest overall grade in his company, earning the Honor Graduate award. He led teams aboard the USCG Cutter Morgenthau, overseeing deck and flight deck operations with precision and discipline. His diverse leadership background spans 10 years of retail operations management, sales team management, and large-scale event production- earning him a reputation as a diligent, innovative, and award winning problem-solver who thrives on guiding teams through complex challenges.
John’s passion for mental health advocacy stems from personal experience, as a loved one’s struggle with severe mental health issues inspired his commitment to helping others. His unique blend of empathy, operational expertise, and strategic insight drives California Healing Centers’ mission to deliver exceptional care.
In his free time, John enjoys golfing, snowboarding, driving cars, fishing, practicing MMA, and cherishing moments with his wife and daughters. His dynamic leadership and dedication to transformative mental health solutions make him an invaluable asset to California Healing Centers.
John Moisant

Travis Hyke, PhD | Clinical Supervisor
Dr. Hyke strives to be collaborative, empowering, and candid in all his therapeutic relationships. He believes working with someone is about creating a safe space to learn how to reconnect with their authentic self, explore dynamics of their life and relationships, and practice new ways of being that restore balance, peace, and fulfillment in their life.
In addition to direct patient care, he also provides supervision and training for practicum, internship, and post-doctoral level psychology students.
He completed a postdoctoral fellowship, externships and internships at Sharp Mesa Vista inpatient and outpatient programs, El Camino Hospital, Gronowski Center Community Mental Health Clinic, and as a college student substance use and conduct counselor at Notre Dame de Namur University. He also has experience working in dual diagnosis centers serving patients with complex clinical presentations and experience working for UC San Diego’s outpatient psychiatry program.
Dr. Hyke earned his doctorate in clinical psychology from Palo Alto University in Northern California. His research has emphasized the identification and treatment of emerging adults and adolescents with substance use disorders. He has been published in these areas of research as a contributing author in The Journal of the American Medical Association, The California Psychologist, The Journal of Primary Prevention, and Therapeutic Drug Monitoring and Paradigm Magazine. He has also had media spots on NBC news and KUSI Channel 6 news in San Diego to discuss overdose awareness, the opioid epidemic and alcohol addiction.
A Californian at heart who wants to be in the ocean and in the mountains as much as humanly possible, Dr. Hyke believes that connection with oneself, the people around you, and the natural environment are crucial to a fulfilling and values-driven life. Born and raised in southern California, he has lived in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, San Francisco and San Diego. He loves spending time with close friends and family, surfing, backpacking, snowboarding and playing volleyball.
